JANUARY FAVOURITES

Hello lovelies!

It's always better late than never, right? I have wanted to make a January Favourites post for a while because I would like to show what I've been enjoying last January — and there are so many things I have enjoyed! Not all of them are beauty related but I hope you enjoy them anyway! Probably you'll see some of them were presents given to me because of my birthday! — Perks of celebrating my birthday on January 9th!

SKINCARE

Garnier Pure Active Fruit Energy Gel Wash: No explanation needed. Yesterday I wrote a post about it and if you would like to check it out, that'd be amazing! I have had it since Summer and it's something I'd buy over and over again! (Link) RRP: 3,80€

MAKE UP

Naked Basics Palette by Urban Decay: It was one of my birthday presents from my friends and I'm absolutely in love! Perfect combination of colours. I wrote a post about it, you can check it out too if you want! (Link) RRP: 28,90€

Extra Wow Lash by Rimmel: My favourite Mascara at the moment. Before this one, I was using one by Clinique — which I still use unless I want to go for a dramatic look. I got this mascara in the Rock Princess pack, which included a nailpolish and a very nice shimmery lipstick! RRP: 7€ (Note: The pack "Rock Princess" was 7€ so I looked for the price and at feelunique.com it costs 7.14€)

Rouge Allure 104 Passion by Chanel: My ALL TIME FAVOURITE lipstick. I have been using this for a year already. It was a present from one of my brothers since he knew I was looking for a nice red shade — and he said I deserved high quality make up (I guess he meant he'd rather spend money on a highstreet brand than drugstore brand for my birthday, haha!) RRP: 28,50€ but it's really worth it.

NAIL POLISH

Maybelline Color Show by Colorama in 357 Burgundy Kiss (7ml): Words cannot describe how much I love this nailpolish. I had been looking for a colour like that one for ages and one day walking around Corte Inglés in my city (according to Wikipedia it's the biggest department store in Europe and ranks fourth worldwide) and I saw it. I couldn't resist. The colour is great, and I don't need to reapply the colour, with one coat is already enough. RRP: 2,5€

Rimmel London 60 Seconds in 200 Princess Pink (8ml): This pink tone is gorgeous. I usually reapply it because otherwise it simply looks like top coat to my nail! It looks very sweet and it was included in my Rock Princess Pack. RRP: 2€

Claire's Nude Colours (8ml): I honestly have no idea how to name these colours. They all came in a pack which cost 9.90€ but when my best friend and me got them, there was a 2x1 offer plus 50% off! So yes, we got the pack for 5€ which was pretty nice. I love how gorgeous the lids are! And they look perfect, I think my favourite is the lightest colour which is not pink nor white, it's simply a mixture. Unfortunately, I don't think they're available anymore! :( RRP: 9,90€ (50% off at Claire's)

Catrice Cosmetics Ultimate Nail Lacquer in 060 Bloody Mary To Go (10ml): I was looking for a red colour that wasn't too bright and one day, walking back home with my best friend, they were selling these with the Cuore magazine for 1,90€! She got an amazing metal green colour and I got this one which I'm super happy about. RRP: 2,80€ (PS. The picture looks quite bright as I have added brightness but the red is darker than it shows!)

MISC

Energy Colour eReader C4+ Touch Titanium Red: In my previous posts I wrote that I'd be talking about this. It was one of my friend's presents for my birthday and it's... wow. It's only 4,3" which is perfect to carry around and you can read eBooks easily plus listen to music plus watch videos in HD. I've already watched a few movies in there! I mean, I've got 8GB to fill! RRP: 62,90€ (It's 30% off now at the Energy System website. LINK)

ZX Series Stereo Headphones by Sony: I got these after seeing that my friends have had them for years (and I suck at having earphones, they always break!) and also after seeing that one of my brothers got the upgraded version of these for 30€! They come in different colours but the pink one is just lovely! RRP: 19,99€

What have been your January Favourites?

I hope you all have a lovely weekend!

Cristina xx

  11. I have been loooving the Color Show nail polishes too! I have a few different ones in my collection including a limited edition glitter polish from the collection Sequins. So far I have found that with the paler shades you need up to 4 coats (esp the pale pink) but the darker colours are much more pigmented which is awesome.
Lovely bunch of favourites this month!

  13. Wow amazing post and I totally agree with your brother ;) loving the Chanel lipstick would be amazing to see the shade but it sounds super luxurious! I normally spend extra on good products and they last just as long as cheaper ones :) I will have to try some Chanel products soon! xx

However, please don't do follow for follow - I will most likely follow you if I like your blog and everything about it but don't ask for a follow for follow! Thank you!
