Make Up Brushes Jar DIY below 5€

Please DO try this at home!

Hola everyone!

I'm here with something a little different! I decided to create my own DIY and this is going to be quite simple, but it's so much fun to do!

I had seen plenty of Mason Jar DIYs and I decided to create my own. Recycle any old jar you find at home, you don't really have to buy a new one if you don't feel like buying it. What can you do with it? Store your make up brushes? Put on some nice flowers? It's actually up to you!!

You're going to need:

1. A jar (this one was 1,50€ and it's quite big)
2. Spray paint (2,40€)
3. Gloves
4. Old newspaper or magazine

1. Find somewhere to do this DIY. I would recommend a garden, balcony, or somewhere you can definitely open your windows because the spray is toxic.

2. Prepare the floor. Get ready your newspapers!

3. Place the jar upside down in the middle of the newspapers and grab the spray paint. Shake it for about 40 seconds and spray the jar from 20-30cm distance.

4. Make sure everything's covered and let it dry!

5. If necessary, buy an extra spray that makes the jar look less matte and more shiny. In my case, I didn't have to do such thing.

6. Decorate your jar if you want. Add glitter, draw something, paint more!

And that's it! Now you have a beautiful storage jar. You can put pencils, make up brushes, flowers... whatever you fancy! I plan to do more DIYs if you like them or improve these ones. It's so much fun doing them, just let yourself go and be creative!

Which colour would you use to spray paint your jar?
