Get ready with me: Night out!

Hello everyone!

Ahh this is my first get ready with me post but I thought it is quite appropriate as I went out the other day with my best friends to a really well known club here. I could have filmed it but I'm too shy to film all this. However I hope I get the courage to film this someday somehow!

Well, my make up collection isn't the hugest but the good thing is that I know how to use my make up products well and exploit them to the max, if that makes sense?

My essentials for a night out would be these. And yes, the necklace is important. It can turn a 'normal' outfit into a fierce look. I remember someone told me that was a bold necklace, and I agree to be honest! It's very simple but it does improve a look, in my opinion.

So, how do I get ready for a night out? I like to keep things simple. I tend to pamper myself before and after a night out  (especially after...) and I usually have a shower - a long one if I have time - and when I step out the shower I'm like "It's on".

At the moment, my favourite foundation is the Rimmel Match Perfection foundation in Light Nude. I always think I will look tanner than I am (which is nothing, you see what I mean? HAHA) I think that I'm going to look like a carrot or something and then this foundation matches my skin perfectly. Ahhh Rimmel. My favourite drugstore brand, that's for sure.

The Stay Matte powder is quite good too and it goes perfectly well with this foundation. I probably should have gone for the match perfection powder but I don't know why I simply went for this one. I heard so many good reviews on it that I bought it without a second thought.

Eyeshadow? The queen of palettes: The Naked palettes. I have both Naked Basics (original) and Naked 2 (replica) and I used the Naked 2 for this look. I used foxy as a base for my eyelid and underneath my eyebrows and then I played with YDK on my eyelids, Busted for the crease and a bit of blackout to make it look smokier.

What comes after eyeshadow? - my eyeliner. This one is from Deliplus, a Spanish brand. I'm quite happy with the relationship between quality-price, I believe it cost me around 4 euros, not more. It's so easy to apply and, well, I'm addicted to eyeliner. If you have any recommendation for an eyeliner, you can leave it on the comments down below! I would like to try other brands, too.

I don't usually wear mascara, to be honest, because my eyelashes are already very long and black. However, when I go out, I want to use it just to enhance them. I've been using the Extra WOW Lash by Rimmel (what a surprise!) and I've been loving it!

No need for blush. My cheeks are already rosy. I tend to put a bit like a tiny bit or maybe from my lipstick if I don't see my rosy cheeks but yes, that's about it.

And my lips! I use the Chanel Rouge Allure in 104 Passion most of the times (I was using it when I took the picture from above) but in the picture down below, I used the Manhattan Lipstick vinyl effect that lasts hours. Wait, no. AGES. It's a nightmare to take off, but so worth it for a long night out.

Blazer: NewYorker | Blouse: NewYorker | Shorts: H&M | Tights: H&M | Bag: Blanco

That was my look. I tried to style my hair to be more wavy but it ended up looking like this, which I cannot complain at all. As you may have noticed, I did not mention any eyebrow products. That's because I don't do my eyebrows as in makeup. They are already filled even though the hair is short - perks of having really dark hair, I guess? - so I think I should consider myself lucky because I used to be very self-conscious about my eyebrows and then I noticed that in the end, everyone wants them well filled and thicker!

PS. I recommend H&M tights so much. I got the thinniest ones and they didn't break or anything.
Best. Tights.

    1. I feel very lucky that I have very long eyelashes, some mascaras simply make them longer and some other enhance them! Sometimes they look fake, too HAHAHA! x
