#SheffieldBBloggers Event | PART 1

Hello everybody!

On Saturday I attended the #SheffieldBBloggers event that Georgina, Heather and Ashleigh had been organising for months. I feel so lucky for attending my first Blogger Event and I'm so happy to have met so many people. I must say I was feeling veeeeeeery nervous and awkward at first but it all went smoothly!

Top: H&M (12GBP)
Skirt: H&M (12 GBP)
Coat: C&A (old)

We gathered at the Maveli Restaurant in Glossop Road, up West Street, at around 11:30 and I received my goody bag there, Holy Molly that was one huge goodie bag. I was surprised by the variety of the things that were there but also about the brands such as Benefit, Urban Decay, Makeup Revolution and bareMinerals.

Of course, we sat down around the table and started checking which goodies we had received - and it seemed like the bag never ended at all!

Here's a sneak peak - all the products will be shown in a different post!

The restaurant was very beautiful, the setting was perfect I think it was the best place to host the event. Fun fact: I always saw the restaurant on my way to uni and everyday I was more excited about the event!

We had amazing food as well. I wish I could name all the dishes but I can't recall any names. However, I can tell you that they were Indian and they were wonderful. Spicy, of course, but so worth it as well.

But not everything was about the food - we're Beauty Bloggers! And we had Lush in our event, which made me so excited. I didn't buy anything, however, there was a small workshop to make your own bathbomb. And okay, I may not have a bathtub here in Sheffield but I couldn't miss that chance! It was so easy to make and it smells SO good!

Also, Kim from HD Brows was here. I missed my chance to get my brows done by her but it was great to see how it looked on some of the lucky bloggers that got theirs done!

There also was a nice raffle at the event and all the money was for a really great charity LGFB for women battling cancer and how make up helps them face it with confidence. I think that was an amazing oportunity to raise awareness on Cancer, The raffle included amazing goodies like perfumes, brush sets, nail polish sets, skin care sets and jewelry! I may or may have not won anything, but I'll definitely show you on the second part of this post!

The hosts surprised us with cake by the end of the event, which was definitely the cherry on top for this event. Everything was delicious! If you're from Sheffield, I highly recommend Costello's Cakeaway!

I can say the workshops and different parts of the event such as the raffle, getting involved with Look Good Feel Better and getting to know each other were amazing. I don't know how many events I'll attend in the future, but I think it's safe to say that it will be hard to be as good as this one!
