Breakfast smoothie: blueberry & banana

Good morning sweeties!

Now that it's summer and I presumably have more time than when I was studying (haha, I wish!) I have more time to prepare a good breakfast rather than going with my day with just a cuppa and nothing else. Not good!
When I was still trying the teas I got sent, I decided to check on their website the food plan they offered and it was amazing. They suggested, for breakfast, oats and a smoothie. And I was like: huh? I can do that. I like smoothies!

(Also: first time writing a recipe here so I hope you like it!)

I have shared a few pictures of my blueberry & banana smoothie in the mornings and I've been asked for the recipe which is suuuuuper easy!

You're going to need:

- A banana
- A bunch of frozen or fresh blueberries (I don't measure those, I grab a bunch with my hand and throw them into the blender)
- A cup of milk (soy, skimmed or almond)
- 125g of greek yogurt, unsweetened
- A blender

Preparation:

1. Slice a banana in small pieces as it will be better to blend in the end. I use my mother's thermomix to blend everything.
2. Add a bunch of frozen or fresh blueberries. If they're frozen, your smoothie will be cold and it feels amazing to have it in summer.
3. Add a cup of milk. I personally use almond but I've used soy in the past and the taste doesn't differ at all unless you use full-fat milk, which will taste a bit sweeter if anything.
4. Add aproximately 125g of greek yogurt. 125g is the measure of the small pots of yogurt I buy in Spain and it's enough to thicken it a little bit.
5. If you'd like to sweeten it you can always add cinnamon or stevia and feel free to add any protein powder, too!
6. BLEND!

Tumbler: Tiger (2€)
As you can see, it's SUPER easy. To have this in the mornings is amazing as it literally gives you all the energy you need and it kills your cravings (at least, that's how I felt it!). It's not advisable to drink this everyday for breakfast, of course, because you shouldn't abuse of those bananas but you can always mix it up with another smoothie!

I hope you try this recipe out!
